I got a letter on Apr 16, 2019 and told me to send IRS a 8962 and a copy of 1095-A. I should reply to the mail within 20 days but now it's 30 days later. What shall i do?

you paid for live support so why not use it. but I can tell you that if you're due a refund, you won't get it unless you respond. due to late response, I can't say what the IRS may do.

NYS said they sent a letter requesting more information but I never received a letter in the mail and I just found out how to access it online
