I got a CP 11a notice- "ITIN of my spouse has expired". But my spouse has an SSN now.I guess by mistake I again included ITIN(instead of SSN) while filing.What can I do?

Use the SSN on your tax return.  Mail it if you can't e-file.  Then separately, send a letter to the IRS to inform them of the new SSN so they can associate the former tax records with the new SSN.  Follow the instructions in FAQ #12 at this link.  https://www.irs.gov/individuals/itin-expiration-faqs
