I got a call this morning for my final review that I paid $29 for but when I picked up the line was dead how do i get a callback?

Go into the tax return.

1. Select Expert Help

2. Connect with Expert Help in the chat window to start a live session. 

You’ll have the option to share your screen so the expert can review everything with you in real time. If you’re using the mobile app, you can access Expert Help there as well.

Thanks but the only options were to purchase different expert support. There was no option to select the final expert review i purchased. 

I resolved the issue by requesting a customer service callback and explaining the problem. She transferred me to a tax expert who did the final review.
