I got a 1099 misc from credit card company with 0000 in box 1 and 5.00 federal income tax withheld in box 4. What do I do with this?

Never heard of such a thing but all you need to do is enter the withholding ... do NOT enter this in the 1099-misc area as this will cause errors .... instead enter the withholding under Deductions & Credits tab >>> Estimates and Other Taxes Paid>>> withholding not already entered.
