What kind of income do you have? If you have no income or only get ss or SSDI you don't need to file a return. You can't file a return with zero income on it.

Do you have self employment income? It shows you are in the Self Employed version which has the highest fees.

I get a message: "Not eligible for electronic filing. all of the followhgn lines of form 1040 have a zero value: Line 7b, 8b, 12a, 12b, 13b, 16 and 19". I need advise

I only have one 1099-MISC
