I filled out box d ( the control number) the way i see it and its still saying its incorrect?

I used all slashes capital letters spaces and numbers I have on form I don't know what to do

The control number (box D) is not required to enter your W-2 or complete your tax return. Simply leave this number field blank or skip this question of TurboTax. You will be prompted to manually enter in your W-2.

I have had my taxes reject twice now, and my third attempt is pending. The two times I have refiled, it says my SS# and/or last name or incorrect. What else can I do?
