Jus want to know wen I'll receive my 8379

The IRS states that the time to process an Injured Spouse Form 8379 depends on how it was filed:

• E-filed – 11 weeks
• Filed by mail – 14 weeks
• Filed by itself after the return has been processed – 8 weeks

If you haven't heard from the IRS within that time frame, you can contact them at 1-800-829-1040.
