You should print and mail in your 2015 tax return as soon as possible. You will have to mail it in because the last day to e-file a 2015 tax return was October 15, 2016.

If you have a balance due on your return, pay that in when you mail it. You will owe penalties and interest. The IRS will calculate the amount. There is no penalty if you are receiving a refund.
