I filed with TurboTax and went through some identity verification process haven't received refund yet and now getting billed for order and suppose to be free?

It is showing you used the TurboTax Deluxe version, which has a fee for your Federal and a fee for your State return.

If you chose to deduct your fees from your refund, and your refund is now delayed, TurboTax has sent out emails explaining how to pay your fees.
