I filed two w2s why am i only getting a refund for one of them

When filing a tax return, all of your income is combined together, so you don't actually "get a refund" for each W-2.  

Your refund is based on many different factors, including your filing status, total income, how much federal and state taxes you had withheld from your pay, and whether or not you have dependents.
