I filed one of my daughters tax but want to do my other daughter. How do I do that without turbotax thinking it's my first daughter and not the second one

Each person has to have their own account.  So keep track of her user id and password and save a copy of the return as a pdf or paper copy when finished. 

Follow carefully and don't upgrade.

Make sure early on in the Personal Information section your daughter answers that she CAN be claimed by someone else.
