I filed my taxes using Turbo Tax and I requested to pay my taxes due monthly. However, I did not send in the Form 9465 yet. Can I change my payment and pay in full now?

Yes. You can disregard the Form 9465 and pay now.  

You can submit a check to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Campus located in your state. You must include the year, type of tax (Form 1040), and your Social Security Number on the front of the check.
