I filed my taxes online but I need a payment voucher. The voucher says "do not file" how do I get a copy without the overlay?

Form 1040-V - Print from the Print Center in Tools menu (left side panel)

Form 1040-ES:  Check back this weekend or next week - the 1040-ES estimated tax voucher forms have not been finalized yet.   You can check this link to access the Forms Availability Tool to see if and when forms are available.   If you check the 1040-ES, it will show available today, but the updates don't run until the evening and sometimes they are not done until Friday, so that is why I say check back over the weekend or after.

you can also just pay electronically at irs.gov, no voucher is required for that

The user may be referring to a 1040-V voucher for payment of current tax due.  It's showing as available (green checkmark) in the Forms table.   If it is indeed available, it might be "clean" on a PDF from the Print Center inside the return.
