I filed my taxes a few days ago now turbo says i haven't filed yet for 2021 i can't get any other info in my account what happened?

And turbo tax keeps trying to get me to refile, also they are now advertising the basic for free I'd like that but I was going to be charged can I get that for free to?

The IRS is not accepting returns until 1/24. Until then the return will sit on a server waiting for the 24 th in pending status.

Sound like you are in the wrong account.  

  You have to access your own account using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
