It is common for a scheduled payment not to appear in your bank account immediately after the requested date, especially during peak filing times like mid-April. As long as your return was Accepted by the scheduled date, your payment is considered timely by the IRS. Even if scheduled for the 14th, the IRS can take 7 to 10 days after your return is accepted to actually debit the funds.
You can log in to your IRS Online Account to view pending or processed payments. Note that it can take a few days for the system to reflect the payment.
IRS Payment Services: You can call the IRS e-file Payment Services at 1-888-353-4537 to check the status of your electronic payment.
Your date of payment stays valid. It may take the IRS up to 10 days to debit your account during this time of the tax season.

The bank information and the date selected for payment will be on the Filing Instructions for your tax return and it will be on the Federal Information Worksheet in Part V of the worksheet. You will need to use Print Center and the option for all worksheets when download the PDF of your tax return.
To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.
This will take you back to the 2025 online tax return.
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return. Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
