I filed my federal taxes and it was accepted with another company but your site is rejecting the state taxes bc my federal is filing w/it which has already been accepted

I filed my federal taxes and it was accepted with another company but they rejected my state taxes because I didn’t live in one state the whole year. So they wouldn’t let me file with them. Now your site is rejecting the state taxes because my federal is filing with it which has already been accepted
