I filed my federal, fine but NY state taxes, I was told I need to mail. When I print it out to mail, the second page says it must b filed electronically. Which one is it?

More than likely the state forms and schedules included in your state tax return have not all been finalized for filing.  Click on the Review tab and the forms and/or schedules will be shown with estimated availability dates.
