I filed my extension with Turbotax yesterday , I was wandering when I should expect the extension approval form with the amount deducted ?

If you did everything correctly you will get a confirmation from turbotax. You can also check the status using this link https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/ 

If you choose direct debit option for tax due payments, it will be debited from your account on the date you choose.
