Many users have more than one account, and often begin preparing a return in one account, but then switch to a different account and prepare the return and file. The "old" account may be generating the reminder emails. TurboTax accounts do not "know" about each other. If you know that you filed and the IRS accepted your return, ignore the marketing emails.
Thank you. To the best of my knowledge I do not have multiple accounts. When I sign in, I see only one account. Yes, I will ignore these marketing emails.
