I filed my 2021 tax return with turbo tax and paid delux and it was rejected. My computer can’t download the software ware so I can’t access my return to amend. HELP!!!

I need turbo tax to call me to amend my 2021 tax return. How do a download a copy of my 2021 return to amend.

Do you need to amend?  Or just fix something and file it?  You only amend a return that was first filed and accepted.  If you still need to file the original return you can print it out and mail it.

If you can't get the side menus to open up to access the prior year..... You need to start entering some basic Personal Info in 2023 for the side menu to open up. Just continue a little ways into 2023. I had to go though about 12 screens.
