I filed my 2021 tax return downloaded and printed it to mail it , but I never mailed it.lost that phone got a new one , email is new how do I access the old?

Because I have a new email I can't access the account that I filed on cuz it's a different email now I'm having to do my taxes all over again with the cell phone but I already have it printed out in front of me in my hand never sent it now I want to e-file

If you can get back into your account, you won't have to start over.   You can open the return back up and change the filing method from mail to efile.

Since you don't have the same email address, I'll tell you 2 possible ways to recover account access.   If you can't use either of the following methods, you'll need to contact TurboTax Customer Support.

You may or may not be able to use this first method.  You didn't say if your new phone has the same phone number or not.   Did you get a new phone number with your new phone, or is the cell phone number you now have the same as the phone number in your account profile?  If the new phone has the same phone number as in your account, you can use the phone number for the new cell phone to try to recover your account access.    To do so, you can use the account recovery tool at the link below.   If your phone number is not the same as in your account profile, then skip to the second method lower down, which uses a different method.

NOTE: Before running the account recovery tool below, log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you might end up in a loop.  Then clear your browser Internet cache, close your browser, then reopen it, and go to the link below.  You may wish to copy this link so you can paste it into the new browser session.

If your new phone is a different phone number than the one in your account profile, then you can't use that account recovery tool.   So here's another way to gain access that doesn't use phone number or email address:

     Go back to the same tool again at the link above, but this time leave the data field blank, scroll down a bit, then choose the small blue link that says "Try something else", and it will look you up by SSN and other parameters.

If you still can't recover your account, report back.

ADDENDUM:

Here's some additional info that may help you.   Once you regain access to your account, you'll need to open the return back up to change the filing method.   TurboTax may think you were finished, so your return interview will likely be closed.    If so, you can reopen the interview by clicking on the link "Add a State."   That doesn't really add one, but opens the return interview.

• Once the return is open, if needed you can make any changes in your return you need to, since it has not been filed, and you said you never mailed it.
• Once the return is like you want it, then go through the REVIEW section to be sure everything is still in order and no errors are found.
• Then go to the FILE section, go through the screens there, and change the filing method to efile.
• Then continue on answering all the remaining screens and at the final step click a big orange button "Transmit Returns Now."

Also, since you say you lost your other phone, you're probably aware that you could potentially become a victim of ID theft if a finder is able to unlock your phone and access any sensitive data on it.   So hopefully you are taking steps to protect yourself.

And once you are back in your TurboTax account, be sure to update your account profile with your current phone number, current email address, etc.   You can also change the User ID.
