I filed my 2018 taxes on 02/21/2019 and authorized Turbo Tax to make the payments due on March 1, 2019. To date, I do not see the payments being made. Please advise.

We recommend to keep an eye on your bank account because it can sometimes take a few extra days, but if you still don't see the debit 7–10 days after your return has been accepted, please call the IRS e-file Payment Services at 1-888-353-4537 or contact your state tax agency, as appropriate.

TT does not make tax payments. It just forwards your payment info to the IRS and state.

Was your return Accepted? Better double check your efile status here <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/">https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/ef...>

Then even though you specified a date I think they can debit your account anytime after that up until April 15.
