I filed my 2017 returns through turbo tax. I printed the documents, filled them out, and mailed them to the address listed. How do i know they made it?

Well if you didn't use a tracking system when you mailed the return ... then you can get a transcript ... but if you have a refund expect the return to take 12 weeks or more to process.   https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
