I filed married filing jointly, they asked for my w2 information but not my wife's is something off?

Go to Wages & Income → Add a W-2, and when entering it, assign it to your spouse when asked “Who does this belong to?”.

I can't tell if you already filed your return or not.   In your question title you said "I filed married filing jointly..."

Does that past tense mean you have already efiled your return?   If so, was it accepted?  It's important you clarify that in case you have to prepare an amended return.
