You can file Form 8379 for Injured Spouse Relief.  You will need to print it and mail the form. Try it in the software, if that doesn't work, the actual form and instructions link is below.

If that doesn’t work, you can find Form 8379 Injured Spouse Allocation in this area:

  • Federal Taxes tab (Personal Tab in the Home & Business version of TurboTax)
  • Other Tax Situations
  • scroll down to Other Tax Forms
  • then, Miscellaneous Tax form (select Start or Update)
  • then, Report an Injured or Innocent spouse claim (select Start)
