On average, the IRS issues refunds within 21 days of filing a return.  To check the status of your refund, you can use the IRS Where's My Refund tool.  If it's been longer than 21 days since you filed, it is recommended to call the IRS directly to inquire about the status of your refund.  You will find the link to Where's My Refund and the IRS contact number listed in the TurboTax FAQ below:  https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3302084
