What type of LLC? Single member LLC not incorporated? Incorporated LLC as an S Corp? Or multi-member LLC as a Partnership?

Then you would be completing a Schedule C which is included in and part of your personal tax return Form 1040. Since you have already filed an extension for your personal tax return, you are done with extensions.
