I filed electronically today but it says it will take the government 1 to 2 days to process and accept. Will that make the filing late if its due tomorrow?

Print out your Electronic Postmark and keep for your records. That's the same as if you went to the post office and had them stamp it.

No, it won't be late. It's based on the date transmitted not accepted. Even if it gets rejected, you will have time to correct it because it goes by the date and time initially transmitted.
