@LindseyLO This does not help my situation. I filed my return and it was rejected. Once you e-file the first time, TurboTax WILL NOT allow you to 'clear and start over' on your return.

this happend to me as well, never using turbo tax again, now i have to fork out an extra $155 for no reason because my taxes could have been filed with the free version
If you haven paid you could just leave this account and start over in a new account.
Online is only good for 1 return per account. But you can use the same email address for 5 accounts. How to start another return in the Online version
