I filed an extension through turbo tax and when I printed the form it only says Joshua Shufeldt. Why doesn't it also have my spouses name?

I filed an extension through turbo tax and when I printed the form it only says Joshua Shufeldt. Why doesn't it also have my spouses name?

It will only show the first line filers name. So if your name is on the top line of the tax return, it will only show your name
