I filed an extension and it was denied. Does that cancel my scheduled estimate payment too?

How did you file an extension for tax year 2020?  The TurboTax Easy Extension for e-filing a Form 4868 Extension Request is not yet available - https://turbotax.intuit.com/irs-tax-extensions/

Thank You.  I cannot get the link to give me an active online screen with any information, but that's Ok.

To answer your question, if you entered an amount to be paid with the extension request and the request was denied then the payment information will not have been received by the IRS.
