I filed a PA 40ES IN 2016 but there is no place on the TurboTax menus to enter the amount I paid

You will find the area to record your estimated taxes paid listed under Deductions and Credits (In the Federal Tax section), scroll down to find Estimates and Other Taxes Paid, and then Estimated taxes. This is where you will input your information.
