I filed a 1099-R with my return. It stated that I could have to pay 50 in taxes but never told me how. How can I pay what I owe on it?

If your 1099-R creates additional tax owed, TurboTax will do the math and factor it in with your refund or tax due.
You will not be billed separately for your 1099-R.
After you complete preparation of your return, and you owe the IRS. see

Thank you, I was confused on what to do. I had not realized TurboTax would automatically take it out.
