There is no Live Expert assistance for a 2020 tax return using TurboTax.  The TurboTax online editions are only for tax year 2022.

To complete and file a 2020 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the 2020 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A 2020 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed using TurboTax.

Ok ... if someone is filing a return on your behalf then they are tasked to be sure of whom they are completing a return for to be inline with IRS tax preparer regulations to avoid fradulent returns from being filed.  When you are your own preparer you are not required to verify yourself to yourself. 

If the IRS/state are asking you to verify your identity for whatever reason they choose at any time ... please comply asap with any such request.
