I file my tax return as married filing jointly but I own a foreign account as a sole owner. Then, do I need to put my name only for 8938 form? It seems Turbotax automatically added both names, me and my spouse. It is ok to file this way?

Since you file a joint tax return, it would be appropriate to include both of you on the form 8938, since the income would be reported as belonging to both of you.
