I failed to file taxes for 2018, How do I do this?

I have contacted the IRS and was informed that I never filed for tax year 2018 and I'm trying to set up an installment plan.

Sorry but TurboTax software is not available any more for 2018.  Even if you can find it on eBay etc you cannot get updates or support for 2018.   If you think you will owe, you should go to a local paid tax pro or if you want to prepare the return yourself you can use the forms from the IRS and do the return by hand to mail in.  It cannot be e-filed.

Oh....and if the tax form shows a refund, sorry, but that refund  has been forfeited and will not be paid to you.
