I exported from quickbooks self employed and turbotax self employed online is not showing anything...next steps? Or am I stuck entering all my info manually now?

I already went through the typical instructions and checked and followed every step. I got to the tax checklist, hit export, matching accounts and everything. I didn't need the FAQ answer, the process in some way failed after I followed the described steps.
