I entered my W2's and after entering my w2 from the employer I have only worked for in Dec 2016, I now owe $63... is my employer doing my payroll correctly??

The owner of the company I work for passed away in late Nov 2016, and his partner took over as of Dec. 2016. why do I owe because of that w2??

You have to assume your W-2 is correct, unless there is some blatantly obvious error.
OR

you could wait a few weeks, sometimes mistakes are found and a corrected W-2 is issued.
