I entered my student loan acct.# to verify my identity on the IRS website to get my 2019 transcript and the website locked me out for 24 hours. The deadline is tomorrow!

I entered the correct number twice and it still didn't recognize it and now im locked out! I have to file before tomorrow's deadline! Please help!! I dont have an auto loan or a mortgage or a credit card to verify my identity. Only the student loan! Im so afraid to miss the deadline tomorrow. Please help!!

Try using zero as your 2019 AGI. Or print sign and mail your return. and...if you are getting a refund there is no penalty for missing the deadline.
