I entered my friends tax information and it didn't seem right and when I tried to cancel it out and start over it said that I couldn't.

And when I hit the back button it didn't seem like it was taking me back to the beginning.

In TurboTax Online, you can't Clear & Start Over after you've registered.

If it's convenient, consider opening a new account under a new username. Up to 5 accounts can be tied to the same email address.

Otherwise, try to post another question about your problem and someone should be able to help you fix it.
