I entered my estimated tax payment for my self employment income but it is not showing up in my summary. My total taxes withheld is just the amounts from my W2s. Why?

It may not show up in the summary under total taxes withheld, because it was not withheld from any income.
To double-check that you are getting credit for your estimated payments, you should take a look at your Form 1040. Estimated payments will be reported on line 65.
Use the following steps while you are working in your return to preview your Form 1040 using TurboTax online:
· In the navigation area on the left side of your screen, click Tax Tools to expand your choices
· Click Tools, which will open the Tool Center
· Click View Tax Summary under “Other Helpful Links…”
· Click Preview My 1040 to see your actual tax form
Note: For tax year 2019, estimated payments can be found on Form 1040 Schedule 3 Line 8. The total is then included on Form 1040 Line 18d.
