I entered my 1099-G farm income. Why is my farm income not allowing me to enter farm expenses?

When I go to update farm income and expenses, the software takes me to rental farm income and not just farm income so I am not showing any expenses thus showing higher taxes due.  I am using Turbotax Home & Business.

Where did you enter the 1099-G? Enter it under the Business tab for your Farming business, and not under the Personal tab (Other 1099-G Income). Farming Expenses are listed under your Farm business.

I figured out my own answer.  I was selecting agricultural payments for farm rental rather than income on farm.
