If you are asking where to post them.  They both are posted to

  • WAGES & INCOME.
  • The W-2 is under Wages and Salaries
  • The 1099-R is under Retirement plans and Social Security
    • Select IRA, 401(K), Pension Plan (1099-R)

Be aware, you will be taxed on the 401-K distribution, and because it is an early withdrawal there will be an additional 10% penalty
