Click on the Review tab and you will probably see state forms or schedules that have not yet been finalized for e-filing and the estimated date they will be available. You can also follow this link to NJ form availability.

You can e-file your state tax return after the federal return has been e-filed and Accepted by the IRS.

The IRS will not start accepting 2019 tax returns until January 28, 2020.

Does this mean it was efiled and nothing else needs to be done? It's just that you cannot print it out and mail it?
