I earned less than $4800 this year. It was all in cash with no w-2 and no 1099. How do I report it?

You will need to use TurboTax Self-Employed to report this income using your records of your cash receipts and expenses. TurboTax Self-Employed will report this on Schedule C with your return.

what did you do to earn it?  most likely it's self-employment income that gets reported on Schedule C along with any directly related expenses. in addition. the net income will flow to Schedule SE where self-employment tax will be calculated - effectively about 14.1296% of the net income. it's unlikely you would owe any regular income taxes on the net income because it would be reduced by your standard deduction.

in the online version step-by-step mode, you'll come to a section that asks about business items the subsection would be Business Income and Expenses.
