I downloaded turbotax from a cd can i still file online?

Yes you can efile from the Desktop program.  Or do you mean use the Online version?  You can't apply the Desktop purchase to the Online version.  Desktop and Online are separate.  You can't move a current Desktop return to Online.  What are you trying to do?
