I bought the boxed Dekstop version that is supposed to include Live support.  What gives?

I was told the opposite by a LIVE agenct TODAY.  I need support again because the program is problematic.

Sorry.  There must be a misunderstanding.  TurboTax Live--which allows you to get help from a CPA or EA is a version of online TurboTax.  It is NOT a feature of desktop software.  That does not mean you cannot get customer support with desktop software---you can get customer support.   But not TurboTax Live.

Note: TurboTax Live is available for TurboTax Online customers only. TurboTax Live is not available in the TurboTax CD/Download software.
