I downloaded turbotax deluxe to my chrome book, it won't work on it. So I need to download it to new computer.

If you bought the download from TurboTax.com you can download it again, on a different computer, the same way that you downloaded it the first time. If you bought it somewhere else, check with the seller about downloading it again. They will probably allow it, at least for a certain amount of time after the purchase.

Downloaded to my computer, won't eun it as the op system is too old.    purchased a new computer and would like to download to the new one.
