I downloaded my 1040 for mailing, but decided to e-file instead. It seems like I have no option to e-file anymore on Turbotax Online. How can I e-file?

Log in and scroll down to ADD A STATE ... this will open the return and then complete the FILE tab again to make the change :

I looked at similar questions from other users, but none of the advice is helpful. I do not have a "forms" tab on my Turbotax Online interface anymore. The only tabs on the left-hand side are "Tax Home" and "Previous Taxes". Neither one seems to have a link that will let me change to e-filing.
