I dont know what and how to do. I could just signed in. I just have my last paychecks. I want to apply for tax refund . thanks.

You MUST WAIT FOR THE W-2 to file the tax return, they are issued in January ... come back then and follow the interview screens in the return. 

The program will not let you efile until you have all your reporting forms starting after 1/6/17 and the IRS will not process returns until 1/23/17 and filers with the Earned Income Credit & the Additional Child Tax Credit will not be process until 2/15/17 with the refund not expected until 2/27/17 or later.

"I want to apply for tax refund." You only get a refund if your actual tax liability is less than your withholdingss, payments and credits.
